Totem

Totem is an acoustic light fixture born from the desire to blend the need for sound attenuation and ambient lighting. Designers often discover acoustic issues within a space after a project is complete. There becomes a need to quickly address the issue with a solution. Totem was created to help resolve these acoustic issues while becoming an asset to the design of the interior instead of an after thought. A contemporary take on ancient Greek & Roman columns, Totem stands boldly in a space as as a sculptural accent, complimenting any interior. The monolithic base has three layers of foam for maximum sound absorption with an adjustable disc at the top that provides a flexible source of soft light.
