Flight At Tustin Legacy

Flight At Tustin Legacy is one of the largest creative office campuses in Orange County. RIOS worked with Lincoln Properties to develop the multi-building campus in the heart of Tustin, CA. The campus includes several amenity spaces including a central food hall open to employees of the office park as well as the public. The building is a Butler module consisting of a corrugated metal exterior and wood truss interior. To highlight the industrial Naval history of the surrounding area, the material palette for the interior features natural marine grade plywood, polished concrete and expanded metal accents.
